Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to enhance our team at Eclerx. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, ensuring the accuracy of AP transactions, and monitoring AP aging reports. Additionally, this role entails generating monthly reports for the client’s Controller and performing General Ledger reconciliations.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred), have over 5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero. A keen attention to detail is essential. Please note that this position requires availability for night shifts during US hours and work on Philippine holidays.
