Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing executives’ calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Additionally, you will assist with project management tasks while ensuring confidentiality for sensitive information.
Qualifications include a degree in business administration or a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative position.
