Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues effectively.
- Aim for one-call resolution while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Execute basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in BPO is not mandatory.
- Must be at least a High School Graduate (or ALS equivalent).
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Compensation ranges from Php22,00.00 to Php29,00.00 monthly, in addition to various benefits.
