Job Description
COMRISE / RISEWAVE CONSULTING INC. is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Learning and Development HR Manager to spearhead our training initiatives. This pivotal role is designed to enhance employee skills and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative learning strategies.
- Manage comprehensive training programs.
- Assess training needs across the organization.
- Evaluate training initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Provide mentorship to the training team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR functions.
