Aurecon Group is actively seeking a detail-oriented Project Billing Specialist to deliver expert billing support for our projects and Project Managers. The responsibilities include:
- Accurately preparing invoices in accordance with project team requests.
- Ensuring billing details are consistent with contractual agreements.
- Generating credit notes and making necessary invoice adjustments.
- Submitting invoices through client portals for timely payment.
- Addressing billing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
