Job Description
Optimum Systems Solutions Inc. is actively seeking a qualified HR & Admin Supervisor to join our team. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, coordinating training programs, conducting employee performance evaluations, and overseeing benefits administration.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of five years of experience, particularly in contracting, construction, or engineering sectors. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, proactivity, and proficiency in computer systems. Preference will be given to applicants based in Muntinlupa or Laguna.
