Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Compensation and Benefits Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing employee compensation structures and benefits programs.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting salary surveys, reviewing compensation policies, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with HR team members to design and implement benefits programs aimed at enhancing employee well-being and retention.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, excellent analytical skills, and outstanding communication abilities. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
