Job Description
OCS is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs). In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, maintain strong product knowledge, and effectively promote our services. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions is essential, along with contributions to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
We invite applicants who possess a high school diploma and a minimum of six months’ experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be polite, service-focused, and adept at computer navigation. Candidates must also be willing to work flexible, rotating shifts as needed.
