Job Description
Helpware is currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to serve as the initial point of contact for our esteemed customers. The ideal candidate will prioritize delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess the confidence to make prompt and accurate decisions. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries through phone, email, and chat, assisting with purchases, and managing returns and exchanges.
Applicants should have a high school diploma, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Candidates must be available to work between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. MST and must be at least 18 years old.
