Job Description

Are you eager to improve customer experiences? OTeleservices in Ortigas is seeking a committed Chat Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
• Offer accurate information regarding our products and services.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.

No Experience Required: We will provide the necessary training.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with weekends off!
