Job Description
Global Dominion Financing Incorporated is actively seeking a Recruitment Associate to oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of Loan Consultants. The primary goal of this role is to assist designated branches in enhancing the distribution of refinancing products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, fieldwork, and recruiting sales personnel
- Proficient in computer skills with exceptional communication capabilities
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduates
Pay: Starting at Php 14,500.00 per month
