Job Description
SM Retail, Inc. is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to spearhead our team and elevate sales performance. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with executing strategic initiatives to surpass sales targets while efficiently managing operational expenses (OPEX).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the availability of essential products.
- Implementing strategies to minimize inventory loss and enhance profitability.
- Overseeing staff training programs to boost performance and productivity.
- Establishing and enforcing protocols to address operational challenges.
