Job Description
We invite you to become part of ORBIT SOUTH PH as a Chat Support Agent! In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, ensuring to deliver accurate information and resolve complaints effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in using phones and computers, and hold a diploma (high school, college, or vocational).
This position offers a weekday schedule with weekends off and a competitive salary of up to Php 26,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as HMO, 13th Month Pay, and paid leave.
