Job Description
Manila HiresPH is looking for a dedicated Non-Voice/Chat Agent to join our esteemed team. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on professionally managing customer inquiries, accurately documenting interactions, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our company services.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a willingness to work onsite, and the ability to attend in-person interviews. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, though not a requirement.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary between Php18,00.00 and Php25,00.00, along with excellent benefits such as health and life insurance, flexible scheduling, and potential for advancement. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, comprising an 8-hour shift, with weekends off.
