Job Description
MINDSYNC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is in search of a highly skilled and communicative Japanese Tech Bilingual Developer. The ideal candidate must have experience in Spring Boot development and be proficient in the Japanese language (N3, N2, N1, or native level). This full-time role involves working on Java-based backend systems, developing RESTful APIs, and facilitating project coordination with Japanese-speaking clients and teams.
The successful candidate will possess a strong command of Java and Spring Boot alongside excellent communication skills in Japanese, effectively connecting technical teams with business stakeholders.
The salary for this position ranges from Php70,00.00 to Php110,00.00 per month, and in-person work is required.
