Job Description
OT Hires is seeking dedicated Voice/Non-Voice Customer Support Representatives to enhance our team. In this role, you will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve game-related issues efficiently.
- Effectively manage multiple customer conversations.
- Assist players through chat, email, and phone communications.
No prior experience? Not a concern! We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed.
This position is exclusively available on weekdays, with weekends off. Enjoy a competitive monthly salary of up to Php26,00.00 along with benefits such as health insurance, 13th-month pay, and paid training.
