Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Associate to join our team. Key responsibilities include monitoring manpower requisitions, conducting interviews and assessments, preparing various manpower reports, maintaining employee files, and facilitating orientation for new hires. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field and exhibit a willingness to be trained across all HR functions. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and proficiency in computer applications are essential. A pleasant personality is also highly regarded.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary starting at Php 17,00.00 per month, with an 8-hour day shift. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Dasmariñas, Cavite.
