Job Description
Location: MOA Pasay City
Arrangement: Full Onsite
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (may transition to afternoon hours)
Salary: 130,00 – 170,00 PHP
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred; relevant certifications (ITIL/ITSM, PMP) are advantageous.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in IT service delivery (300+ Seats)
- Ability to operate in a 24/7 fast-paced environment
- Experience in banking, logistics, or travel sectors preferred
Skills: In-depth knowledge of network systems; strong understanding of project management.
