Job Description

ePLDT is in search of a committed SOC Enrollment Analyst to facilitate the onboarding of new clients, users, and systems into our Security Operations Center (SOC). This pivotal role involves ensuring seamless integration with security tools while adhering to organizational compliance standards.

Core responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding process, configuring security tools, documenting enrollment requests, and collaborating with IT and business teams to enhance workflows. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Cybersecurity, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT security or SOC operations. A foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and exceptional communication skills are vital for success in this position.
