Job Description
ISCALE SOLUTIONS is in search of a highly motivated Content Moderation Email Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, reviewing user-generated content, and collaborating with various teams to improve the overall user experience. Key responsibilities include identifying recurring issues and participating in policy calibration sessions to ensure compliance and quality.
The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of experience in customer service or content moderation, exceptional English communication skills, and familiarity with content management systems. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts.
