Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to collaborate with our Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving sales goals. The ARM will play a vital role in recommending promotional activities and effectively implementing store programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related fields.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in service-oriented industries.
- Strong focus on customer management.
- Proven skills in team coaching and supervision.
- Familiarity with basic store operations.
