Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and efficiently resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
This position requires you to work weekdays only, with weekends off. To be eligible, you must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status, possess a diploma (High School, College, or Vocational), and be comfortable working on-site with a shifting schedule. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and listening, are also essential.
The salary for this position ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php24,892.00 per month.
