Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is on the lookout for a committed Hotel Reservation Agent to join our expanding team. We proudly offer an exceptional benefits package, including a competitive salary, a 13th Month Pay, and HMO coverage for three beneficiaries from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to clients via phone and written communication.
- Handle mail and internet inquiries related to customer support.
- Respond to and clarify questions from participants.
Qualifications:
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required.
- High school graduates with BPO experience are also welcome.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must reside within a 25-35 km radius and be available for onsite work.
