Job Description
Alsons Development and Investment Corporation is actively seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits, particularly in payroll preparation.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of HRIS, high emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership capabilities. Proficiency in various computer applications is essential for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Location: In-person
