Job Summary: The Selling Supervisor is responsible for category profitability through effective category building and management in daily selling operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service
- Build category sales and manage safety, sanitation, and bad orders
- Implement promotions accurately and on time
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
- Supervise and monitor sales support staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
- 2 years of experience in retail or food operations
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour day shifts
