Job Description

Position: Pure Non-Voice / Order Taking Account – Chat Support – Back Office

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their inquiries.
• Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Needed Qualifications:

• High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
• Good Communication Skills
• 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted) or college graduate without BPO experience
