Job Description
Royce Hotel and Casino is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Associate to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of our hotel and the surrounding city, ensuring that VIP guests receive the highest level of attention.
Key responsibilities include efficiently addressing guest complaints, managing VIP arrivals and departures, completing pre-registration processes, and gathering guest feedback to enhance their experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field, along with preferred experience in the hospitality industry.
