Job Description
Micro Search Resource Corporation is actively looking for a committed Production Leader to manage the supervision and flow of operations on the production line. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, adhering to production schedules, and executing production plans effectively.
Key responsibilities include assigning tasks to production staff and motivating the team to achieve production targets. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of Php 575.00 per day.
Benefits include paid training, salary increases, and a supplemental compensation package that features a 13th-month salary, overtime pay, and performance bonuses. The position requires in-person attendance with an 8-hour shift schedule.
