Job Description
CPuentespina Design and Architecture is currently looking for a dedicated IT Support Staff member to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering and possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Technical Support.
Your role will encompass installing hardware and software, troubleshooting system and network issues, providing exceptional technical support to end users, and performing safety checks on computer equipment. Furthermore, you will assist in the deployment of new applications, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule.
