Job Description
Access Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Psychology graduate to join our Blended (Voice and Back Office) Healthcare Customer Service Representative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of patient medical charts.
- Engage with insurance payers and collaborate with nurse reviewers regarding patients’ conditions.
- Initiate the authorization process for various medical services, including imaging, surgeries, and therapy referrals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Available to start immediately.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php23,00 – Php30,00 per month
