Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Technician to enhance our team. In this role, you will perform regular inspections of building equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting equipment issues, supervising air conditioning systems, and conducting preventive maintenance on both electrical and mechanical equipment.
We are looking for candidates who possess a high school diploma and have 1-4 years of maintenance experience. Proficiency in welding and carpentry will be considered a plus. Familiarity with generator operation and fire safety systems is crucial. Please note that applicants must be willing to work in General Trias, Cavite.
