Job Description

INOVUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS INC. is actively seeking a committed Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying vendor information, and resolving any discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices. Daily responsibilities include monitoring payment statuses, maintaining supplier records, preparing aging reports, and ensuring timely payments to prevent any operational delays.

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: Salary increase, transportation services provided.

Schedule: 8-hour shift. Additional Compensation: 13th-month salary, overtime pay.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred); Experience: 1 year in accounting (preferred).
