Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and staff of our assigned stores, ensuring that sales goals are consistently achieved across all brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies to reach targets.
- Analyze challenges impacting sales performance and develop solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Coordinate merchandise requests efficiently.
- Motivate staff through daily engagement and coaching sessions.
- Compile and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of retail experience, and strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
