Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or be college-level in a business-related field and have 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this position. A driven, results-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are highly valued.
Your responsibilities will include assisting Corporate Local Accounts, providing product recommendations, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and preparing sales reports for management. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive benefits, including a company Christmas gift, events, and free on-site parking. The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
