Job Description
Maxicare Health Services Inc. is currently looking for a committed Product Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding the Prima Card. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients with inquiries, processing payments, verifying patient information, and ensuring a smooth clinic experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience with healthcare software and electronic health records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with administrative, sales, and customer service best practices
- Willingness to engage in project-based employment
Job Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: Starting at Php 20,00.00 per month
