Job Description
O&G Leather Manufacturing Corp. is looking for a talented HR Staff member to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong background in Recruitment and Compensation Benefits being highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office will be considered a significant advantage.
This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of Php 14,500.00 per month, in addition to benefits such as health insurance, free parking, and transportation services.
