Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Address product-related issues, cater to customer needs, and guarantee overall satisfaction.
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
- Process customer orders according to established guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster trust and effective communication.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php32,00.00/month
Location: Alabang (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH, Night Shift)
