Job Description

MetTech DataTech is seeking a Ticketing Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous, though training will be provided.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: Php20,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including evening and rotational shifts.
