Job Description
INOAC Philippines Corporation is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Recruitment & Timekeeping Specialist. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Psychology or a related field. We welcome applicants with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment and timekeeping systems (HRIS, ERP), as well as fresh graduates.
Key responsibilities include creating compelling job postings using Canva and demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). The successful candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, be resourceful, analytical, creative, and detail-oriented. Additionally, being a team player and having a willingness to learn is essential.
