Job Description
BEEHIVE-BPO CORP is actively seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience in SAP. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining precise customer account records. Strong communication skills along with a proactive attitude are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices using SAP.
- Manage the accounts receivable ledger and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Accurately process and apply incoming payments.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Prepare aging reports from SAP.
