Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, assisting customers with product location, and resolving complaints effectively. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting with pricing and displaying merchandise to enhance sales, and completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Candidates should be at least high school graduates. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not required. Strong customer service skills are essential, and the candidate must be willing to work in Sala Cabuyao, Laguna.
