Job Description

North Riding Farm, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing the office layout, maintaining optimal office conditions, addressing employee inquiries, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. A solid understanding of local government regulations and compliance is essential.

Qualified candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of government contributions such as SS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG, a business-related degree, and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. Strong multi-tasking abilities are crucial, and prior HR experience is preferred.
