Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment team to ensure timely placements that meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while upholding high standards of client satisfaction and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, including leadership roles. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00 – Php20,00 per month
