Job Description
Guagua Rural Bank is looking for a dedicated and motivated Accountant to become an integral part of our compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing compliance-related functions, assisting in the development of policies, and providing training for staff members. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the BSA Analyst to monitor potentially suspicious transactions.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or law, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Prior experience in compliance is preferred.
