Job Description

MetTech Pro Services is seeking a dedicated Travel GDS Agent to act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will manage travel inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in customer service is a plus; training will be provided.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
