Job Description

The Route Supervisor is tasked with organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the daily operations of teams to ensure efficiency. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree, possess a willingness to perform fieldwork, and be capable of driving a manual 4-wheeled vehicle. Familiarity with the South Luzon area, specifically Batangas, Laguna, and Cavite, is essential, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the designated area and supervise team activities.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and optimize equipment performance.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with sales opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Php20,00 – Php25,00/month
