Job Description
We are thrilled to announce a job opening for the position of Email and Chat Support Specialist at SGS CAREERS – PH. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns using established scripts and procedures. Your tasks will include gathering information, researching queries, and documenting all customer interactions. You will provide appropriate alternatives and clearly communicate effective solutions. Additionally, you will inform clients about our services and evaluate their needs while offering guidance and support to junior team members.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
