Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is excited to announce an opening for a Pure Non-Voice Encoder as part of our expanding team. Your primary responsibilities will involve responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring effective communication to address client concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
We welcome applications from college graduates without prior experience, as well as high school graduates with BPO experience. Strong English communication skills are essential. Please note that this position requires onsite work within 25 km to 35 km of our office.
