Job Description
FTC Group of Companies Corp is actively seeking a meticulous Front Office Associate to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, facilitate efficient payment processing, and assist both the reservations and business center teams.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication abilities are essential.
This position is based at AEON Towers.
Salary: Up to Php 12,00.00 per month, including benefits.
