Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Branch Head to lead our daily production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality control standards, and managing resource allocation effectively. You will inspire and motivate the production team to meet performance targets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and collaborating across various departments.
This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of Php 15,00, along with additional leave and health insurance benefits. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Branch Head role.
